At our 2023 annual meeting, the management regulations were amended and adopted for the formation of the Board of Directors, i.e. 11 directors: the officers of the corporation: president, vice-president, treasurer and secretary; and 3 committee representatives: advertising, decoration, recruitment; 1 representative of the CISSSMO, 1 representative of the Foundation, 1 representative of nurses, outgoing president.
